      I've only had it a couple of weeks but I've found a fitbit surprisingly helpful in regards to tracking & motivation ๐Ÿซฃ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

      I have a normal yearly plan ner and I co-ordinator it with different colour highlighters sometime I forget to look in it or take it out with me but I also have a calendar hanged up by my bed with stuff written down in my planner so when I wake up I see what the day holds.

      I like the Finch app. It has a lot of mental health self-care stuff. And Journeys. I am currently using the Focus Journey.
