      Communicating how im feeling and walking away when i feel like im going to explode. If i feel like i cant walk away ill close my eyes for a second and say "im getting really upset and i figure you are too, so lets talk about this differently" its really hard to bring myself to say that when my emotions turn off but once i say it i feel better and it usually goes better
