I have to constantly remind myself of this all the time: You are worthy, you are in control, you are perfect the way you are. I know it doesn’t feel like it all the time and it’s scary because our thoughts live inside our own heads and I often wish I could literally remove the thought/mental health issue from my head. But I’m learning to be patient with myself and that there is nothing wrong with me, there is nothing wrong with you. You can try considering confiding in a therapist or friend if you know someone who also struggles. I can assure you I struggle, and I deal with it in my relationship with my bf very often. Be kind to yourself, this feeling doesn’t last forever!

Also something that sounds basic but can have a huge impact is journaling. It’s just you and the pen - try just writing whatever comes to mind, starting with 3 pages a day

People will always have their opinions and their own way of going about things. As long as you know youre doing the best you can thats all anyone can ask for. Things dont stay bad forever but progress comes through change and change is hard. Take it slow, at youre pace. The symptoms you mentioned are a response to your life and once things get better so will the symptoms. I believe in you!

do you see a therapist by chance? I used to use this app called Calm Harm when my depression was really bad… I recommend you check it out and see if it works for you I see you take some medications as well, do you think maybe these could be side effects and you need to try other meds?
