Repeated Surgeries: Is It Worth It?

In the last year - goodness I can’t type

I have had 3 melanoma surgery I. The lady year, left outer thigh, left inner thigh and a few weeks ago on right shoulder. Wide local excisions- 4-5 inches in length

Hi. I’ve had multiple surgeries. My original melanoma was on the left jawline. Then several surgeries to neck and axillary for metastasis to lymph nodes. I feel like one big scar

I went to the dermatologist yesterday. They found 3 more spots squamous cell cancer. They froze them. The spots were on my face. 1 spot was no my arm. I had 10 more brown spots frozen. Not cancer. Don’t take brown spots for granted. They can also mimic squamous.

That’s good that you are having them checked out I waited 8 years to have my mole removed so my melanoma got really bad and it had spread throughout my body

I had Squamous cell They said they got it all, could reach to other parts of my body. I’m going to Dermatologist today. I have some spots I want to have looked at.

I have had a mole removed to get it tested but since then I have not been allowed to have any surgeries due to the severity of my melanoma.
