Living with Fibromyalgia and Interstitial Cystitis

I haven’t heard of interstitial cystitis until now, but after looking it up and comparing my experience, I’m considering bringing it up with my doctor. I’ve also been recommended pelvic floor physical therapy for generalized pain, and it sounds like it can have a lot of benefits for the symptoms of IC.

You’re not alone 💕 it’s horrible. Pelvic floor physical therapy and aquatic physical therapy have helped. And when I notice my IC symptoms getting bad I chug water, that usually brings some relief
