I really want to succeed in school but It’s been so difficult. I always loose track of my mind when I have tests, I can’t do homework out of school because I’m already so overwhelmed by the environment I was in (social anxiety), and no matter how hard I try to stay away from social media it doesn’t even matter because i’ll be doing something and the next second later i’m eating icecream. 😭

    I'm sorry :( Depending on your schedule, you may want to experiment with different timing for your work--I'm also really burned out after classes so I try to get as much as possible done in the morning before I leave. If you find yourself getting sidetracked without realizing, try setting an alarm every ten minutes or so to check in on what you're doing. It may not work for you, but sometimes it can be helpful to just have a gentle reminder to consider what you're doing and what you should be doing
