I have chronic headaches all day everyday, are there any tips? I’ve done about everything medically. MRI, Botox, meds, chiro, pt, etc. I just don’t know what to do and I can’t take it anymore.
Hey, I’m so sorry for what you’re going through 😔. Can you elaborate? What kind of headaches do you have? When did they start? A medicine that helped me was elavil.
I use elavil too in combination with Keppra and Lyrica. My neurologist said that my migraines are linked to my epilepsy and fibromyalgia so these 3 keep them in check but i still get migraines with weather changes especially if they happen rapidly
For more natural relief I do yoga and have my daith pierced. The daith piercing works really well for migraines and headaches and a lot of people share their experiences with it. Ice is good and so are weighted eye masks, you could try aromatherapy too
I have migraines and tension headaches. They started almost 3 years ago. I’m taking tramadol but it does not really help. I have my daith pierced and it does not help. I’ve tried all of the triptans and some others. I’ll talk to my doctor about hose meds y’all mentioned. Thank y’all!
