Uneasy Moments on Medication: What's Going On?

Yes! You have been able to explain what I feel but have never had the ability to explain. For me it’s almost like I’m on the edge of the world- I’m here on earth but I don’t feel like I’m fully here- I have anxiety but not to the full blown panic attack level but I can’t put my finger on why or what is causing the feeling of anxiety. You know you are anxious and you know there is no reason to be and yet you can’t shake the feeling- is that at all what you mean?

I'm on anxiety meds, but I'm often anxious anyway. However, I haven't had a panic attack in a few years now.
