I’m so tired of being here sometimes. Every day it gets worse and worse. I can’t clean my room, do basic human tasks. I hate myself and I eat too much or too little. I sleep too much or too little. I just need help and idk what to do.

Remember, the difference between you and someone who cleans or brushes their teeth all the time is that they just decide to do it then and there. That’s how I’ve been getting stuff done recently

My room is such a mess too. It makes me feel awful. I’ve heard people say that cleaning one area a day can help take some of the stress off

I hate the way my brain works it’s like I can never be happy even when I reach small milestones that I’ve wanted to and I feel exhausted and just doing things like figuring out dinner showering getting dressed getting out of bed are exhausting and seem pointless and so do a lot of things and I’m sorry you feel that way but I understand and get it 100%

I’ve been dealing with this daily as well. It’s really hard for me to do basic household tasks, my whole apartment is a mess every task just seems so daunting 😥 it carries over into my work too where i’m functioning slower at work as well and I hate it

@packersfan95 guys it did it! I started laundry and cleaned my apartment today! i’m starting to feel a little bit better and less crummy 🙂
