Press in a little bit and rub down your hipbones 10-15 times, then a rainbow shape from right to left over your belly button 15-20 times, then from the sides of your ribs to between your hipbones 15-20 times, and then straight down your whole abdomen 10-15 times. Make sure you have time to use the bathroom afterwards.
