Hey! Im a 28f with kids. I really struggle with stress which triggers a lot of my mental and physical health issues. my usual gotos haven't been accessible or as helpful lately. Any ideas or common need to vent? lol

      @kay3 I take meds and have a psychiatrist. Unfortunately it's next to impossible where I live to find a therapist and I looked at online options which I can't afford or don't work with my time availability.

      I can't help you out there champ ...I going crazy myself ...I get all these symptoms and everyone tell me it's in my head and thwy drive me crazy my doctors think I'm losing it ...I don't get it ...I just like to play on my chalkboard or write my book have you thought about maybe walking or just yelling in a place where noone is ...I do but that's in my head ...which is worse

      38 mom of 2 here... used to use wine and a lot of screaming. Since I've gotten meds and balanced out, my stress leads to usually taking a break in my room and the kids in theirs.

          @kay3 I'm on Duloxetine, vraylar, Prazosin and pain meds to help with pain because that was playing into my stress

      Hey. Yes! I'm 36 3 kids. And I let stress get the best of me. I never dealt with stress the best but as I've got older its just worse. Are you on meds or therapy?
