Waking up with the sun and going to bed at a decent time. Having a consistent bedtime/ wake up time with enough sleep. Sleep is SO important, you’d be surprised at how much it affects. Eating healthy meals, exercising (even if it’s taking a 20 min walk around your block). Getting out into the sun helps too. If you sit outside in the sun and read a book it would help. Self-care is so important. Doing things that comfort you. Cozy up to a soft blanket, take a bubble bath, you name it.
