So I’ve just signed up for ketamine therapy!! It’s low dose therapy through Joyous. I should receive the medication tomorrow. I guess I’m just wanting to share my excitement because after a lifetime of trauma and super resistant depression I’m having a bit of hope for greater healing with all the promising results I’m seeing shared from others. I suppose I’m a little nervous it won’t work as well. Also if you have any input - like good things to do during treatment or want to share your experience with Ketamine therapy please let me know. (:
