heat packs!! place a pillow under your hips lay on your back with your feet together and knees open and relaxed, kinda like a frog. that position relaxes the pelvic muscles and reduces pain. Then place a warm heat pack on your lower abdomen and that is an amazing way to relax and reduce pain ❤️

Honestly, excision surgery and progestin only hormone meds has been my life saver between the two. Helps my mind and my pain
@100Percent_K they started me orilissa, but have low calcium levels so it makes me worried about my bones
@StellaRose omg noooo. That drug does absolutely nothing but ruin your body. I got off it years ago because of how awful it is. Doctors who use that are so poorly educated, please find a better doctor
I have oramorphe for my pain as its the only medication that helps me but I also use hot water bottle alot as I find they really help too
