How do you avoid falling into anxious attachments? There’s a guy I’ve been sort-of seeing, and he’s not the greatest at texting back. I know I love him, and it’s hard to not take his silence personally. What should I do?
My advice would be to have a verbal conversation. I believe it’s good to be open and continue to share your discomfort even if it’s already been shared. Often it’s very easy for other people to overlook or misunderstand a condition …please please make sure to educate them in order to prevent any drastic straining on you and your peers . Good luck with whichever path you follow🤎
