Sick and Struggling: A Tale of Illness and Financial Woes

I'm sick with some virus thing or something, I'm going to the doctor later to find out but the first day I threw up five times. I haven't really eaten in three days. I tried to eat last night and it made the abdominal pain from the previous day worse. I've tried taking anti acids and they helped some but the pain keeps waking me up and invoking my vocal cord dysfunction causing sharp chest pain. I'm dizzy even when I'm laying down and it's hard to walk. I've been struggling with bills and now I have to call in! Luckily by some miracle I was able to finish paying my rent only one day late but not late enough that I have fees, however that doesn't help the situation of my roommate about to move out. I think I've found someone willing to move in but we're probably going to have to find a studio apartment or two bedroom, I'd be nice to not have a room in the living room lol. Yes, I know them but still a couple things worry me such as I've never lived with them before. I don't know if they'll pay rent? I don't know if they're thieves. I think they will and I've helped them out before so I think they know I'll help them and not to take advantage of me but I'm still worried. I guess I could do separate lease agreements. My roommate is holding off telling our landlord so it doesn't screw me over. At least with her, I'll feel less awkward if I need seizure help and boy does that dog need a bath and them some fresh clothes. They got into a car accident so she has a messed up knee and he has a broken arm. She's been out of work until the doctor signs off and been doing surveys so all three of them are living out of their car. I gave them money recently for gas so they wouldn't loose their car since a police officer told them they had to move but they had no gas. I've previously helped them out with a couple bucks as I was homeless in 2021 and someone crashed my car that February and I had bad luck and experiences with a shelter that said I was faking my seizure. SORRY MY NEUROLOGIST AT THE TIME SUCKED AND GAVE ME REALLY BAD MEDICATION THAT INDUCED LUCID SEIZURES! The main lady told me I was being disrespectful because her sister has seizures and wasn't sure I could come back. My mom helped me move as she knew I had a job but we weren't a long term good fit for living together. Anyway, back to my main point. I'm so sick I feel like I'm going to puke all the time. Currently it got worse so I just moved to the bathroom floor but my roommate did laundry for me because I puked on my comforter and a few other items like my comfort stuffie. It's the only thing that helps me feel calm. I had it when I was homeless and through a lot the last five years. It comforts me. I'm miserable and about to cry from the pain. I don't cry easily from pain. 😭
