I think my SI joint is subluxed or just loose in general rn, my back si pain (only on my left side lol) has been really flaring up the past week or so, making it hard for me to walk, relax, etc. Anyone have experience with lower back pain from si joint issues? suggestions for adjustment/pain relief? I did attempt to stretch, have someone else try to pop it, or use a heating pad, but none of that helped. :(

I've suffered from si joint pain for 12 years, and finally found relief and help with exercise, stretching, and body positioning through a pelvic floor therapist. I wish I had gone years ago.

Yes I have this issue. I see a chiropractor and she helps me out with all my hyper mobile pain.
