Here for some insight into what other people’s lives look like, living with depression/anxiety/ocd

Life long OCD sufferer and terrible anxiety sufferer. Wake up feeling anxious and go to bed feeling anxious. Spend most of the day inside my head keeping up with checks and balances. Almost like watching someone command a battleship. Everything has to fall in line for it to run properly. Haven't been at work for over 2 months since the mental breakdown. Hoping to go back soon. Exchanging one worry for the other. Mental health for physical health as the new meds put me at risk for higher cholesterol and weight gain which happens when you due nothing for over 2 months. Feeling meh but not meh enough to feel like dieing. Painfully lonely as forming relationships when simply being alive makes you anxious is almost impossible. Then the current happenings of the world make it even more "exciting" to be someone with mental health issues. Lots of gaming and hanging with pets. Hobbies here and there. Didn't end up in the mental ward thru everything yet so fingers crossed.

A messy room, dreading waking up everyday, too lazy to make myself a decent meal. Feeling like everyone hates you for no particular reason at all. Refusing to make phone calls and driving. Some days are better than others it’s not always so bad
