hi everyone! i’ve been struggling with severe constant stomach cramping and stabbing pain as well as migraines and dizziness and nausea and diarrhea. This has been going on for over a month. Does anyone have any tips? i am taking Dicyclomine for the stomach pain but it hasn’t helped recently. I’ve done a lot of test but everything came back normal. any suggestions would be MUCH appreciated!!
