Looking for Relief from Chronic Pain

Most folks don't understand just how hard chronic pain is. Not just the physical pain, but everything that comes with it. I wish I had some ideas to send your way, but I'm trying to figure that out, myself. I see a pain specialist for medications, have a medical MJ card, and will be starting PT and aqua therapy soon. Swimming does help me, a lot, so I'm hoping the aqua therapy will, too. Hang in there ❤️

I feel the same way. I was switched the morphine a few months ago and I don't like the side effects.

I understand. Over the past 7 years I have tried everything. My last resort is either pain medication or a cervical epidural. I absolutely will not have the epidural. The next time I see my pain management specialist I will be discussing it with her. Hydrocodone was a nightmare for me, but tramadol seems to be much more effective and with no side effects. That's the discussion I will be having with her. We'll see what happens.
