Hey endo and IBS peeps! I've been experiencing some serious fatigue, brain fog, pain and abnormal bowel movements that are making me think I may have an internal bleed. I'm also 4 months into taking birth control which I know causes more inflammation, and has a list of side effects on its own. I really don't want to have to go to the doctor. Anyone experience an intestinal/internal bleed? what was it like? I'm trying to use up my resources to understand what's happening, and decide if doctor is necessary!
