I am 50 and tired all the time because of my health stuff plus just being not young . Exercise has been super helpful . I donāt always have the time to do it , but taking a brisk walk in the morning , even just for 30 minutes , wakes me up and gives me energy all day . Yoga helps too . Otherwise Iām like everyone else and chug coffee
