I began my first therapy session and I was really nervous but after, I felt a lot better about it, I was so hesitant to ask for help for so long but I finally did and I am so happy with that choice. I was always afraid to ask for help and believed I can do everything myself but it's okay to not be okay sometimes.. I am still having anxiety but working through why and what causes it.. I think the thought of needing a job ASAP is getting to me.. I feel so worried I will slip up again because I'm in a financial problem but long story short, never be afraid to ask for help and seek help because there is help out there that can truly do so.

Honestly though! Yeah. I've been in therapy for years and it's not been good but I started seeing the RIGHT therapist I think, and it's been actually good
