      Yep I also a lot of times when I have that, have weird vision issues. Like sometimes it feels like I’m not really here just seeing like thru a camera set as a person’s perspective if that makes sense, other times the best way I can describe it is like if things go from 60FPS to 30FPS in a game abruptly, but it’s in real life.

      i usually feel like nothing is real whenever im going through a fever or when I got covid. it felt like this whole world was fake

        @idkwhyimhereguys I totally relate, when I get sick it seems like my head gets a little woozy and some things seem like a fever dream
