Is a TENS Unit Worth Buying for Chronic Back and Shoulder Pain?

TENS took the edge off for me when I had sciatica. It doesn't feel pleasant but did help. I had a cheap unit which seemed to work.

Tens unit for that ok but I think a deep therapeutic massage would help.

Yes! TENS units are great. If you can't get one through Insurance you can try Walgreens theres is good and I have even had a couple through Wish.. take note of the type of sticky pads prod or button style when you go for refills. Also my dog super loves to seek and destroy them so you make have a similar experience. The ones at Physical Therepy are way more poweflrful than what you can get at home but the home ones can clinch your fist if ypu get a good one. TY for inspiring me. I am getting a new one now!
