It was another day it's all I can say

I've been having breakthrough bleeding the past 5 days on my new birth control. š I'm so exhausted but I got out of the house and got some coffee and a sandwich

very stressful š¦ i had three meetings and i felt really tired a few hours before my 2nd one, so i ended up sleeping right through it and almost through my 3rd one. i was luckly able to reschedule the 2nd one
Had an anxiety attack earlier and threw up
@raccoon_luver2 Sorry :( What helped me (amongst other things) was researching dozens of techniques to come down of off an anxiety attack aaand a panic attack; now I have ab 4 favorite methods that I can use to keep my brain busy. I was able to lessen the frequency of having harsh physical consequences from anxiety attacks. Those nerves are there to protect you when you experiences something that (subconsciously or consciously) makes your body feel unsafe. Sometimes in an effort to protect you they can end up doing more harm than good if nothing at the time actually requires that type of energetic reaction. Can also consider life coach, very different from therapist/counseling- LC examines what you relay to them then teaches you how to get to the root of the issue & reshape your perspective in a way that gets you desired results in your life. This ends up calming all the nerves that get out of whack. With time youāll learn how to manage the discomfort of these feelings better if youāre interested in understanding. Youāre not alone & you got this. Hope something Iāve said helps ā¤ļø
@PEMprincess everytime I try to conquer this without medication I get this weird feeling then throw up

I can eat today :) Iāve cleaned too, ab to shower :)) My last goals are to try & attempt to do my hair so I can feel good, journal, & get some much needed admin tasks done. If none of my other goals are hit Iāll still be tremendously proud of myself for what Iāve already handled today. Itās been happy & itāll serve as encouragement for tmrw! Learning to really enjoy the process, and anchor myself to the present moment. Feels good

@CaitieBug thatās awesome. I have always hated doing dishes so for me to get up, shower and do dishes is amazing.
