Feeling emotionally numb and confused

youre not going crazy i feel the same way, try to get out and do something, it's a slow process Im struggling w it myself

Do you have a routine? I try to commit to one even if I don't feel like it. I try to get out of my head by taking a walk outside or doing things that feel meaningful to me. There are reminders everywhere of things I enjoy or love. It's so hard, but I've learned to just accept these feelings of lethargy and suicidal tendencies as just roommates in my head and I don't always have to listen to them.
