Tests for Health Monitoring

Tests are usually specifically made to monitor your issues, I would ask about thyroid panels and vitamin tests that could help track- I usually get my thyroid panel, Magnesium, potassium and sugar levels done on a 3 week basis (not easily done with covid these days of course)

I usually just get some basic vitamin and deficiency blood work done every 3 months. Otherwise, I’m stable enough that I don’t need tests super regularly.
