Palpitations during Panic Attacks

Yes! Sometimes if the panic attack is really bad, I throw up. When things get that bad, I have to take medication. Breathing deeply isn’t going to help.

I used to get both but now it's mainly in the chest

I do! Though they’re mainly just normal chest ones, I have gotten those before.
