Suffering from Withdrawal Symptoms After Stopping Anxiety Medication

Did u know that freeze is a panic attack mode? Like fight or flight. I didn't until recently. I will freeze and it can last for days! Perhaps part of it is a panic attack.🤗

I'm so sorry if I were you I would go to an urgent psychiatric clinic or emergency clinic and tell them about your situation. You should definitely find a new doctor. It's not safe to go off meds that fast
