How do you deal with the constant weight gains and losses with the bloating and bdominal pain associated with endometriosis/ adenomyosis or the stomach paralysis of POTS? It's really hard to find clothes that will fit comfortably in the morning and the afternoon (usually need to change or undo my button/zipper :/) also difficult to eat because of this. Any suggestions or insight? Thank you!

Dresses and leggings. I ended up switching from a very active retail job to work from home position so If I have to throw on pajama pants and just show my body from the waist up on camera, I can. I think 32. 32 below is the name of the company that makes really awesome pajama pants but I usually wear lularoe or another particular companies leggings when I get cold. Other that dresses and skirts that are loose around my midsection

girl i totally get this. i’m in the process of transitioning my wardrobe to only clothes that i can wear at any state of bloat and still feel good, confident & comfortable in but it’s SO hard. i tend to buy pants that have adjustable or elastic waists (there are some comfy & classy options out there for this i promise) wide leg linen pants are my best friend for sure. i’ve been wanting to get some loose fabric overalls too. more dresses. adjustable everything. comfy fabrics with few buttons and zippers, easy to put on and take off and layers to be able to remove something uncomfy and replace it with something else. seamless and no wire underwear and bras. i love compression bike shorts or compression leggings- they allow me to breathe while still feeling supported- something about that little bit of constriction also helps with my back pain from endo & pcos. a big loose band tee is my comfort go-to. this is what helps me but i hope it helps you too
This is the most frustrating thing! I always figured I was lucky for working in the medical field because I’m able to wear loose fitting scrubs all day then come home and put on sweats. Going out is a nightmare though because I HATE wearing tight pants or tops. When I have to, I usually just unzip the buttons when I sit or feel pain or fullness (I make it a joke with my friends). I thought yoga pants were helping for a while but I think those can be some of the worst cause they get so tight on your pelvis. Dresses are my only freedom! I try to wear loose fitting ones as much as I can (with super comfy undies). Hopefully this helps!! Good luck sis ❤️ you’re a tough cookie, you got this!
@CGC Side note: I use marijuana for increasing appetite with gastroparesis (it also helps distract from pain and bloating). I can’t begin to tell you how much this wonder drug has saved my life. Try if able and willing 💕
