      I have had surgery on in my GI,which left scare tissue.Ials have a colostomy and I had a Whipple surgery.There are alot pain meds I have tried but don't work anymore.Now IAM pain patches now.Iam frustrated,šŸ˜”šŸ˜”šŸ˜”and tired,do anyone know any other things I can try,thank you for your help,šŸ„°šŸ„°šŸ„°šŸ„°

      I've been doing mild yoga and meditation and physical therapy

      Depends on your type of pain. Thereā€™s physical/occupational therapy, braces/compression sleeves, mobility aids, fidgets (I use magnet balls)
