      I completely understand that feeling. You are not alone. When that happens to me I usually end up taking off all of my clothes, putting my hair in the least painful bun or ponytail I can (I have very long hair) and standing in the center of a room in a big X. That helps until the crawling out of my skin feeling dies down. Not saying that's the best way, but that's how I've coped with it in the past...

      That is such a big mood so often! Smth that helps me is safe textures, for me that's soft blankets, crunchy foods, etc. If that doesn't help, or is still too much, a nice shower can help me too
