I'm not yet officially diagnosed with PTSD yet but talked to my psychiatrist about it and he said it is possible I have some PTSD and I'm on an antipsychotic that should help and I ran out of it for a few days and after only like 12 hours I already started getting PTSD symptoms back so do you guys think that means I have it?

If you stopped a medication cold turkey, it's possible you experienced withdrawal symptoms & those can definitely include psychiatric ones. &/or you may have PTSD. A psychiatrist or psychologist would be able to diagnose it based on the symptoms you are experiencing.
Be careful stopping meds suddenly..it can really make symptoms worse.understand that a lot of medications need to maintain a certain blood level to be effective.
I can't say if you have it or not because I'm not certified in any way to do so, however, if you believe you do have PTSD, do some research into different coping methods and see if you can find one that works. It's what I had to do before I got diagnosed.
