anyone else is taking CBD to cope with there anxieties? If so is it really the best coping medicine(I hate taking pills is why I ask)?

@Tiyanna I have no living children... and I hate the way anxiety meds make me feel. I do have two pups though. And a adult child ( my husband) lol.

I took it for awhile but it didn't seem to help me at all.

  @Samantha89 👍 oh okay...It actually help me,because I Vape Delta 8,also I may be a bit of a stoner is why it helps me lol. Also I don't like taking pills. My anxiety medicine makes me WAY to sleepy and I'm not able to function properly to be able to tend to my kids....do you have kids? If you don't mind me asking
