Celebrating Small Victories in the Fight Against Depression

I did my laundry and I slept so good!

I went to my local animal shelter and volunteered with dogs… this one puppy wouldn’t stop snuggling me. 🥰

I am as a pretty low point right now but, i managed to feed myself more than once today.

You all did so good!!! I'm proud of us all!

I cleaned my room today and showered yesterday 😊
