lately its been hard to control my emotions me and by s/o were doing just fine then rumors started that said inside certain things which never came out of my mouthm. and the one person that said it was the same person my s/o claims is a gossip queen and twists things. she basically just ruined everything i have been fighting. i am so hurt and then to be told i am getting fat and that im a heffer and if my.man still likes a fat cow has been getting to me as well. i am 125 lbs i use to be 96 lbs i had an eating disorder and a thyroid problem and i am finally at a decent weight and most of it i have been exercising so its mostly muscle and i just wanna cruel up and cry and go crazy!

      @Tinkmorningstar Relationships are hard, especially when you have all these feelings wrapped inside you. What you may need to do is step back and evaluate the whole situation from a different lenses. As for your feeling towards your weight, you stated that you have worked out and are now at a healthy weight keep working at it and surround yourself with people who make you feel safe.

      Its hard to battle these emotions sometimes. What helps me with these feelings of not being enough is reassuring myself. I constantly tell myself I am good enough.

        @shia33 its hard when i look in the mirror and feel fat. And with everything going on with my boyfriend and the lies and him assuming i said he physically and mentally abused me because his friend said that he has heard the from someone else.when confronted all 3 of his "sources" all said a different story.
