Does anyone else get stuck on a food or foods during a depressive episode? I’ve been sustaining on three things the past two days; ramen noodles, peanut butter and honey sandwiches and avocado toast. Certainly not the worst nutrition and certainly not the best either. I guess it’s something that I’m eating at all!

      Meeee. It’s really embarrassing but I went a whole year and I only ate 1-3 Carmel drumstick ice cream cones a day. I don’t know how I didn’t get diabetes I’m still super malnourished but have been eating other stuff recently. When I’m in the deepest depths of depression I don’t feel like I figuring out anything else and I am an adult “picky eater” so i don’t have many options anyways I get violently unhungry by weird textures. It’s probably though also for you the not feeling like switching it up bc we think “this is fine” like the meme lol
