hey ! im suds:") i recently turned 23 in april im from atlanta ga and i have a cat. some fun facts about me! ive heavily struggled w anxiety disorder for several years probably originated in childhood but wasnt sure what it was yet; just knew i was insanely nervous or biting my nails half the time. (which is a bad habit and id love some tips on how to stop bc i love the way long natural nails look) i recently was evicted out of my apartment due to some school stuff & ive been going THRU IT.

just fyi this is a place of LOVE. all ideas are accepted and appreciated here. love yall

    I really used sheer willpower about biting my nails but it still gets me that I put them subconsciously between my teeth, them being thin and brittle doesn't help. There is nail polish that has a bitter taste if you do it unknowingly to help, I recommend painting your nails, even if it's clear to help too or getting something like french tips to deter you with the peelings. I hope you can get to a place you're happy with your nails, because, me too honestly 😅 I'm so sorry you were evicted, I had to deal with that a year or so back in the height of covid, I can only imagine how hard that is for you when you add schooling on top of that. If you ever want to talk or anything, I feel like I may be able to lend an ear or something, my DMs are open! You got this, friend!
