That is a black hole for a question, if there is anything that could be tried I tried it. Now because I wasn’t showing improvement they cut me off of my medication then care. I am very similar to you only the unknown obstruction has become life threatening. Castor oil wraps with heat helps some with digestive issues and abdominal pain. A shammy cloth soaked with castor oil with plastic covering it and a towel wrapped all the way around and a heating pad on top. I’ve just given up and went to drinking it’s all I got left now.

Its a terrible shame that when taking opiates the brain builds up a tolerance to the prescribed dose. I'm 57 and began taking opiates in my 20s as I had 3 spine surgery's between ages 20 and 30

But I lay here in bed for hours and hours every day after getting some erratic sleep from 4am until 12 noon.

After waiting a few hours to loosen up after having slept on & off, I finally take my prescribed oxycontin and then after an hour later i finally have enough energy to motivate myself to pull myself together to shower, shave and brush my teeth so that i can drive to Walmart and get a few groceries
