Looking for a Natural Alternative to Venvanse

💕 I'm still new to managing my ADHD so I'm not much help. Vyvanse made me depressed and have intrusive thoughts so my doctor told me to stop taking it. I'm trying new meds next week. However, I've had good luck with cannabis helping me focus. However, I'd recommend going to a dispensary if it's legal where you live. I don't remember the exact strain that helped me. If you can't go to a dispensary I'd look into a CBD store since they could also point you in the right direction.
