Looking for advice from fellow Crohn's sufferers with short bowel

I have ultra short bowel syndrome. I have 20 cm of small bowel left and I’m on TPN , 7 days a week .

I have ulcerative colitis and have had my whole large untested removed

Oh yes, most people with severe Crohns will go through multiple bowel surgeries.
