I’m in college and I just finished up for the summer. I’ve been struggling with the increase in time on my hands and have been more anxious than usual. Any advice?

I use to have that problem when i was in college. I tried to keepa routine and make plans with friends to keep myself busy. You could even write out a schedule. For example at 9 am you will wake up. From 9am to 930am you will have coffee/watch tv, 10 am to 11 am, get ready for the day, 11 am to noon complete a chore, noon to 1 pm lunch. 1 pm to 3 pm nap, read, write in journal or watch tv. Etc.
