I have not, but it seems like something that would be more effective for T2 than T1, since T2 is a metabolic disease and T1 is an autoimmune disease. What benefits are you looking for in taking it? Are you hoping for easier and more stable blood sugars or weight loss? If you decide to try it, I would be interested in your results!

-> there's a type 1 dietitian that is taking it and gave rave reviews on it so I wanted to try. Monday night was my first time trying it, and I only took two of the provided pills and the number for Monday night was great, but Tuesdays numbers were so bad that I didn't think it was helping when I took the full provided pills. Today's numbers are finally back to normal so maybe my body just doesn't like it. I'm not sure. The website does say those that are pre, type one or two diabetics could take it. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
