I am somewhat new to this derealization. I feel like it's at it's worst. what are some ways to pull you put of it. I've been going through this for almost a year.
I find physical contact with temperature extremes or warm sensations decent at grounding myself. Be mindful that grounding isn't permanent but it does help alleviate the symptoms for a short time.
