what is the best way to deal with the brain fog?
I wish I had an answer for this. Brain fog is one of my worst symptoms!
Spend less time on the computer and phone and get enough sleep! I need 7-8 hours a day and usually I go to bed early, no later than 11.
For me taking Levothyroxine helped a little. Also I try to keep my sugar levels balanced by maintaining a good diet.
