My first experience was that I had talked someone with at an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that I get through work asking for the availability of in-person sessions. She assured me that they were available, but I had received a phone call from a therapist that was remote-only. I refused the service and call the EAP service back about this, but the response was that this was the only provider that would be able to see me. So as a result… I had attempted the virtual session.                         The virtual session was a disaster because the provider had no concept on how to use the technology. She had told me that I had only needed my phone to which I thought meant that the video sessions would be done on the phone. This was not the case because she could not comprehend how to get audio working on video chat and insisted that I needed to call her on my phone which would then prevent me from using the video function. I find it humiliating that I was set up with someone who could not even properly set up their session. I was mislead about the technology needed, and the provider was incapable of providing a professional digital experience. I was so upset with this that I was not able to complete the session.                         From then I had complained back to you guys about the treatment that I had received, and voiced how upset I was as I was hoping to use both my 2021 sessions before the end of the year, so that I could start using the sessions that are supposed to be available to me in 2022 for a total of 6 sessions. The slow pace of your organization made this impossible however.                         When contacting your company to complain about my negative experience, I was set up with Talkspace, but this proved to be unhelpful as well. I was told that there would be more information on providers However this service did not provide more information on its providers, and does not even give you the availability of the providers. I had to constantly select a one of two or three providers given to me, then only to have to switch providers because they only work during hours that I work. I was promised a largely selection of providers which was not true, and I was promised the availability of these providers which isnot to be found anywhere. After switching endlessly looking for a provider with timeslots, the service started counting my sessions as being used before I even found a provider. Soon the platform stopped recommending me providers.                         I then complained again to the Chief Clinical Officer of the EAP who then gave me a small list of providers asking me to select a few that I would be okay with. I selected four only to hear back from her a week later that none of them were available. She then sent me a much larger list with no information on any of these people, or whether or not they were available. I started doing my research on these provider, only to discover that this listed included… 1.            All the providers that they had just mentioned were unavailable 2.            The provider your company admitted was incompetent 3.            A provider that has been dead since August   I am beyond the point of knowing what to do here. I have had an overwhelmingly stressful time dealing with this organization when the goal of your company is the complete opposite. I am unsure of what to do at this junction as everyone I talk to seems to be deliberately unhelpful. I am literally being referred to  dead people after months of seeking help. I still want help from your company but I do not know how to get help, because everyone I have spoke to has been less than helpful.
