      I swear I feel this. My dog kicks in her sleep and I will be dead asleep and she will accidently kick her kennel and it sends me into fight or flight every night it's insane

      I rely on my dog so much. When I hear something (it think I do) I’m able to remind myself it’s nothing or she would be barking/looking around

      Same. My house will settle once and I'm on edge for the rest of the night. It's even worse when the weather is bad (sensory issues plus anxiety make it horrible) and rain/tree limbs hit it. Keeps me anxious all night 🤦🏻‍♂️
