I joined this app because I feel mostly alone when it comes to my plethora of medical problems. I am very knowledgeable about most of my conditions based on research, self experience, and others experiences. I guess I just need people to lean on some times.
3 months ago I had a major surgery. I had a very large hernia that I couldn't get repaired for many years and because of this hernia I was made to suffer with uterine fibroids, wall thickening, and heavy periods because no one would work on me because of the hernia. I also had gall stones and was gaslighted that it was fine. When I finally found a surgeon that would fix my hernia, we also needed to remove my gall bladder and a complete hysterectomy. Some time during the surgery or immediately after, I had a heart attack. The doctors hid it from me and I only found out because I read my reports and my ekg was abnormal and I had a septal infarction! They said and did nothing. I told my primary nurse and she repeated the ekg and had the same result. Now I have to wait for the VA to do more testing. It's been over a week and they still haven't called to do anything about it. I truly believe the VA wants to kill me. So many things they don't take care of.
Are you diagnosed with a special syndrome ? If yes what was is that and how they diagnosed ?
I had LDS and bunch of disease such as hernia, scoliosis, kyphosis, and heart disease but they didn't diagnose the syndrome till I get a genetic test results
no, I don't have anyone that bothers to look into more and I have found that if I have a possible diagnosis, they get annoyed. I've had doctors fire me because they don't believe me.
