hi everyone, I'm new to this so hopefully this helps. I recently about a year ago have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety and have put on medication. sometimes I feel like it is not helping and I feel helpless. does anyone have any advice on possible ways to try to manage. I have thought about going natural but I'm still unsure. I just feel helpless with this. I want to feel better

    As a person that was diagnosed with depression, anxiety and PTSD, it took awhile to find the right medication that would work for my depression. But there are also other things you can try that might help as well. Journaling your feelings on a daily basis, meditation, listening to up beat music, and exercising might help. I am not a doctor but sometimes these things helped me. When I did some exercising I would walk in a beautiful area that was full of beautiful trees, and flowers. Focusing on nature helped me. I hope some of these things can help you as well.
